Grievance Redressal

Last updated: 28 October 2026

If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it and put it right. Here is how to raise a complaint, and where to take it if you are not satisfied.

Step 1: Tell us

  • Call or WhatsApp +91 77409 75294 (Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM).

Please share your name, mobile number, the policy or folio number (if any) and what went wrong. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

Step 2: Our Grievance Officer

If you are not happy with the first reply, ask for your complaint to be passed to the PolicyBench Grievance Officer, who will review it personally and reply to you, using the same contact details above.

Complaints about an insurance policy or claim

Decisions on policies and claims are made by the insurer. If your complaint is about a claim, a premium, a policy term or the insurer's service, it must first be raised with the insurer's grievance redressal officer. We will help you write and send it.

If the insurer does not reply within 14 days, or you are not satisfied with its reply, you can escalate:

  • Bima Bharosa (IRDAI)

Register and track your complaint online, or call the IRDAI toll-free number 155255 / 1800 4254 732, or email complaints@irdai.gov.in.

  • Insurance Ombudsman

A free forum for complaints up to ₹50 lakh. You can approach the Ombudsman if the insurer rejects your complaint, does not reply within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with its reply, generally within one year of the insurer's reply.

Complaints about a mutual fund investment

Complaints about a scheme, a transaction or a statement can be raised with the fund house or its registrar (RTA). We will help you do this. If it is not resolved, you can escalate:

  • SEBI SCORES

SEBI's online complaint system for investors.

  • SMART ODR

Online dispute resolution for securities market complaints, available after SCORES.

  • AMFI

The Association of Mutual Funds in India, for complaints about a mutual fund distributor.

Complaints about your personal data

See the Your rights section of our Privacy Policy. If we do not resolve your complaint, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
